  1. How do I make money through the BetonBattles Affiliate Program?

A. Advertise BetonBattles and their games on your website with banners and other marketing material provided by our affiliate networks Commission Junction. Earn commissions for each new customer you bring to BetonBattles.

  1. Is it legal to promote Skill games in USA?

A. BetonBattles' fee-based tournaments do not constitute gambling because they only involve skill, as opposed to chance, and are designed as interactive on-line entertainment for adults. The US Federal legislation of September 30, 2006 -- H.R.4411 "Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006" Sec. 5362 defines illegal betting or wagering as including "the purchase of a chance or opportunity to win a lottery or other prize (which opportunity to win is predominantly subject to chance)". The Federal legislation includes a specific allowance for on-line competitions in games of skill, such as those offered by BetonBattles, to continue in the US states in which they have always been legal.   1. What type of commissions will I earn?

A. For every new paying customer brought to BetonBattles through your website, you will earn $5.00 USD commission. A new paying customer is defined as a 1st time customer that pays at least $5.00 in “Entry” fees. This is a one-time commission payment.

  1. Can I get commission payments if I am based in USA?  What are the options?

A. Yes as a USA based business you will earn commissions. Since skill based gaming is legal in USA, there are no issues with payment. All payments will be made though the affiliate network. Commission Junction.

  1. How long does it take to get my application approved?

A. Your application will be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours of application.

  1. I have more than one website.  Do I need to apply for each of my websites?

A. There is no need for you to apply for multiple affiliate accounts.  You will get one affiliate tracking URL that you can use on all of your sites.     

  1. I have been approved into the program?   How do I get started?

A. Once your account has been approved as an affiliate you will have access to a set of marketing materials such as banners and links for you to feature on your website. Login to your affiliate account through your network with your approved username and password and you will have immediate access to your affiliate URL to promote BetonBattles.  Make sure to place at least one of our banners on a prominent spot on your website, so your website’s visitors can play BetonBattles games right away.

  1. What is the minimum threshold to get a payment for BetonBattles?

A. 20 New customers equals $100 minimum payment.

  1. How often do I get paid?

A.  Commissions are paid monthly based on the network’s payment schedule

  1. Are there any PPC restrictions to promote BetonBattles?  If there are, what are the restricted keywords?

A. The restricted keywords are: Betonbattles, bet on battles, beton battles

  1. Can I update my information on my affiliate account?

A. Yes.  You can update your affiliate profile information by logging into your affiliate account with your network.
