Win a Trip to Vegas

Entry:

  • Each time an affiliate refers a new customer to BetonBattles and the customer participates in at least one cash game with entry fees equaling $5.00 or more, the affiliate has earned one referral. The affiliate with the most referrals will win. Qualifying referral dates are September 1, 2007 to and including December 31st 2007. 

 

The Prize:

  • The top affiliate will win a trip for two to Las Vegas Nevada 
  • The prize is non-transferable. Any portion of the prize not accepted by a winner will be forfeited.
  • Federal, state and provincial taxes on the prize that may apply are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Winner must accept the terms of a declaration and release form confirming compliance with contest rules, acceptance of prize as awarded and releasing Sales Spider from liability.

 

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible to win the Prize, the winning affiliate must be a resident of USA UK or Canada, must correctly answer a skill-testing question, be of the age of majority in their province/state of residence, and must not be an employee of, or related to or living with an employee of BetonBattles.
  • Not valid where prohibited by law.
  • Winners are chosen based solely on BetonBattles internal backend tracking system in conjunction with our affiliate networks and all decisions are final.

 

General

  • Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions or transfers. Any additional costs incurred in using a prize are a winner's responsibility. Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes that may be associated with the prize.
  • All entries become the property of Sales Spider and will not be returned. By entering the contest you agree to Sales Spider's use of your name, photo and location (city, state, and province) in our contest promotional material and campaign.
  • BetonBattles, its affiliates and partners accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any loss or accident incurred in connection with prizes.
  • BetonBattles will post winner's details (profile, first name, last name, photo, city, state or province) on www.betonbattles.com.
  • BetonBattles.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THIS CONTEST OR CHANGE THE CONTEST RULES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
